The Castle Residences will soon become the city’s ultimate CBD address. Like celebrated apartment houses on London’s Hyde Park or New York’s Central Park, it offers an unsurpassed Sydney experience of living.

One Hundred and twenty two roomed Castle Residence was fitted out with custom glass panel switches, automated lighting & blinds, HVAC alongside room occupancy monitoring and door reed sensors. 

With room occupancy monitoring and light sensing control, it allows for the temperature, lights and mood of the room to be set before quests arrive to their rooms. The rooms themselves are also equipped with Schneider hotel room controllers 

122 hotel rooms w custom glass panel switches, automated lighting, blinds, HVAC (aircon) with room occupancy monitoring, door reed sensors.

The occupancy feedback allows the facility to control the lighting and HVAC appropriately to minimise energy consumption without losing any functionality. 

This is done with the use of the Schneider Hotel Room Controllers (HRC) and SE8000 solution. 

The SE8000 is utilised its inbuilt motion sensor, thermostat and connection to wireless Zigbee door and motion sensor.
